I always make a New Year’s resolution to lose weight and get into shape, and this year I decided to start in December instead of waiting for January to start working on my fitness.
To help me get started, I came up with this fun Christmas Fitness Challenge and Jeff and I are doing it together to try to keep each other motivated. It is set up like an Advent Calendar, with a workout planned for each day. The only equipment you need is a good pair of running or walking shoes and a set of dumbbells.
I know this time of year is really busy (our month is already totally booked), but I think it is important to make time for your health and fitness. If you want to join us in this Christmas Challenge, you can download the printable here to track your progress!
I am hoping that doing this challenge will help me start off 2019 looking and feeling better and help me avoid gaining any holiday weight at all our family events and parties (because y’all know I’m going to eat all the goodies).
